Bluefish Photo Page 7/01/06 Captain Wayne says:"Saturday morning we host Paul Gorbay and crew as we targeted bass and bluefish. We left the dock at 6 am and ran south. I came up on a large pack of boats concentrating on a very small pod of bunker. There was no action inside and I was not about to fight my way into the pack so made the decision to run further south down to Seaside. I found bunker about 2 miles out from the pier. As we snagged and dropped, big bluefish were coming up and freight training the bunker. We played with these 8-10 pound chompers for a couple of hours." Around 11 am we switched over to fluke and drifted between 30-50 feet of water off of Mantaloking.
